Hi, I'm

Trisha Bahuguna

About Me

My Story

I’m Trisha Bahuguna, a student and changemaker who believes strongly in the power of community and creativity. My journey has always been driven by a desire to connect meaningfully with the world around me. Whether it’s leading Hands of Uttarakhand, a community program that empowers tribal women via traditional Moonj grass craft, or co-writing a children’s book that combines storytelling with ideals I hold dear, I’m motivated by a desire for connection, purpose, and impact.

At Woodstock School, I’ve found myself at the center of several initiatives that fit my personality:someone who enjoys structure, organizing, and guiding. I am the head of the Center for Imagination (CFI), where I mentor and collaborate with students to bring their ideas to reality. As a student leader for Passages, our yearbook and student newspaper, I get an opportunity to combine my passion for writing and structure.

Outside of the classroom, I’ve been active in a number of independent initiatives that represent my broad interests. My creativity is frequently inspired by the principles that my family instilled in me: empathy, ownership, and an ambition to leave things better than I found them. Whether it’s bringing a community initiative to life from the ground up or actively helping others, I enjoy making connections across seemingly unrelated subjects and thrive in creative chaos.
